Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
Faulty or Damaged Products
All items are inspected before being packed and shipped. In the unlikely event your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing return@aeloriabeauty.com.au.
Please include:

- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos showing the fault
We will assess your claim within 5 business days and let you know the outcome.
A refund or replacement may be offered if the product:

- Is significantly defective, unsafe, or unusable as intended (major fault)
- Has a minor defect that affects its use or presentation (minor fault)
Return Process and Postage

- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.
- We’ll review your claim and respond within 2–5 business days.
- If approved, we’ll provide a pre-paid return label.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund or replacement within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Returned items must be packaged securely to prevent damage in transit.
We reserve the right to decline returns where the product shows signs of use, damage due to misuse, or tampering.
For approved faulty or damaged items, we cover the cost of return shipping.
If the item is found not faulty upon inspection, or returned without approval, you will be responsible for postage costs.
